Demand Studies
The demand study is a full market study that is can be described as the Feasibility Study excluding the financial component. This study is best suited for a client who has an existing facility and is planning to expand, for an experienced owner/developer who is building in a new market area, or for a user who is not planning to obtain bank financing (check with your lender for their specific requirements). All components included in the Feasibility Study will be included in the Demand Study with exception of the 7-year proforma and monthly cash flow analysis.
